特点如下:
Invar 36合金是一种特殊的超低合金热膨胀系数。其中碳和锰元素的控制是非常重要的。冷变形可以降低热膨胀系数,特别是在热处理的框架内,热胀系数将使温度稳定。
具有以下特点:
1、在250°C和200°C之间的热膨胀系数非常低。
2、韧性好,可塑性好。
加工条件及应用:
Invar36需要应用于超低热膨胀系数的环境,典型应用如下:
1,天然气生产,储运
2,测温控制仪表工作温度低于200℃,如温度调节装置
3.金属和其他材料使用螺丝连接套
4.双金属和双金属温度控制器
5.电影框架
